Introduction

Coded in C and oldish utility software from NCBI.

Information on this software is not easy to find. GACRC however, comes to the rescue:

  • Author / Distributor: Wootten and Federhen 1993, 1996
  • Description: NSEG is used to mask nucleic acid sequences, needed by RepeatScout
