Steps

  • create database
  • ensure $STACKSROOTDIR/share/stacks/sql/my.cnf is set up properly
  • ensure modification privileges for the user
  • load stack.sql schema onto the database. It's in $STACKSROOTDIR/share/stacks/sql/stacks.sql
