Introduction

Basecalling software from Oxford Nanopore.

Does not work on Windows. Only Mac OS X, Ubuntu Trusty and Ubuntu Xenial.

Usage

read_fast5_basecaller.py -i 0 -t 8 -s alb0 -c FLO-MIN106_RAD002_linear.cfg -b
