The tutorial located here is a good way to both test and get aquainted with roary's capabilities.

Installation

Roary will now install under cpanm. However it is necessary to have all the dependency modules loaded, and it has quite a number of them:

• fasttree
• cd-hit
• prank-msa
• mafft
• mcl
• bedtools
