The test user is for testing things for raw-non-specific users.

Nothing in this is to be considered safe or permanent as the best way to test things is to re-create it each time.
Initially conceived to test conda with a python 2.6 base-python when it needs 2.7+, but will be a usable test case in the future.
Known Issues
Has an error on first login after creation about a missing .Xauthority file. This is created on first login so shouldn't occur again.
